Waitlist prize draw terms

1. Promoter
The promoter is Clutch Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales (the “Promoter”). Correspondence address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@learnwithclutch.com.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 17 or over who hold, or have applied for, a UK provisional driving licence. Entrants under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian. Employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Promotion period
The promotion opens on 11 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 24 August 2026. Entries and points recorded after the closing date will not count. The Promoter’s systems are the sole timekeeper.
4. How to enter
To enter, submit your email address, Instagram username and phone number using the form at learnwithclutch.com/waitlist. Submitting the form is the only way to enter. Tagging friends on Instagram alone does not enter you into the draw and does not make you eligible for any prize.
5. How points work
Once you have entered, you earn one point for each different Instagram account you tag in the comments of the Promoter’s designated campaign post. Points are counted automatically from the comments on that post.
The following limits apply and are counted automatically: a maximum of 3 tags are counted per comment; a maximum of 20 points can be earned per entrant; tagging the same account more than once counts only once, no matter how many comments it appears in; tagging yourself or the Promoter’s own accounts does not count; and tags in comments that are later deleted do not count towards future scoring.
Points determine your position on the public leaderboard at learnwithclutch.com/waitlist and increase your chance of winning as described in clause 7.
6. Prizes
The prizes are: early access to the Clutch app; one free month of Clutch Premium; and a Clutch Starter Kit comprising a phone mount, an air freshener and stickers. Prizes are as described, are not transferable, and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize.
7. Winner selection
Winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, from all eligible entrants on the waitlist at the closing date. Entries are weighted by points, so an entrant with more points has a proportionally greater chance of being selected. The random seed used will be recorded and retained by the Promoter, and will be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8. Notification and publication
Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date using the email address or phone number supplied at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. Prizes will normally be awarded within 30 days of the closing date.
The surname and county of major prize winners will be made available on request by writing to the Promoter. If you would prefer your details not to be published, or to be published in a reduced form, please tell us when you are notified and we will comply, although we must still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.
9. Fair play and disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant, and withhold or withdraw any prize, where it reasonably believes an entrant has taken improper action to gain an advantage. Improper actions include, by way of example and without limitation: using automated tools, scripts or bots to post comments; creating or using fake, duplicate or purchased Instagram accounts, whether to enter or to be tagged; entering more than once using different email addresses, phone numbers or Instagram usernames; tagging accounts that do not belong to a real person; and coordinating comment activity in a way that is intended to distort the leaderboard. Decisions of the Promoter in relation to this clause are final.
10. Your information
The Promoter is the data controller for the information you provide. Your email address, Instagram username and phone number are used to administer the promotion, to verify eligibility and to contact you if you win. This is necessary to enter you into the promotion and to perform the terms of these rules.
Your Instagram username and your points total will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard at learnwithclutch.com/waitlist. Your email address and phone number will never be displayed publicly.
We will only send you marketing by email or text if you separately opt in on the entry form. Marketing consent is optional, is not a condition of entry, and can be withdrawn at any time. Entry data is retained for 6 months after the closing date and then deleted, except where we need to keep it longer to evidence the fair operation of the promotion. 11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant provides a complete release of Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints about the promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
12. General
By entering, you accept these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where this becomes necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control, and will not amend these terms to the disadvantage of entrants who have already entered. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside its control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
